SPECIAL ORDERS: StarDust Celebrations is an AUTHORIZED retailer for every designer that we sell. 

BUYER BEWARE: Do not be deceived by other websites offering bridal and bridesmaids gowns at a discounted price. These sites will offer discounts of 20% to 40% off the manufacturer’s suggested retail prices and are likely not authorized dealers – increasing your chances for receiving a gown with the incorrect style or size, counterfeit styles, wrong colors or defective garments. StarDust Celebrations is an established business based out of a brick-and-mortar location at 6464 West Plano Parkway, Plano, Texas with over 15 years of experience in the bridal industry and long standing relationships with our designers.

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our product offering returns/exchanges/refunds/cancellations are not offered on items purchased. This is the standard policy of ALL similar brick & mortar or internet special occasion stores. Every item purchased is inspected for correct style, color and size. All beading, embroidery, the hems and seams are also inspected to ensure it is in new & satisfactory condition.

Most Special Occasion items are often only worn once or a few times and some individuals would try to return their purchase after their occasion.

Most of the items sold by StarDust are special ordered especially for you. This allows you to receive the style, color, size and options desired by you. This also means no other customer has touched or worn your item.

SIZING: Please refer to the size chart for each designer and be sure to measure yourself carefully. You can always take in a gown that is too large, but you cannot always let out a gown that is too small. Most of our customers will need to have some type of alterations done to their gown. Please allow yourself ample time for alterations before your wear date. If your measurements are between two sizes, it is usually better to take the larger size and plan on having it altered.

SHIPPING: Bridesmaids dresses are a flat shipping fee of $15 and clearance bridal gowns are a flat shipping fee of $150. We do not ship outside of the continental U.S.

In the event that StarDust Celebrations is assessed additional shipping surcharges by carrier due to Customer Error under the following circumstances:

1. Not providing a Complete Address, including: Unit #, Apartment #, Space #, Suite #, etc.

2. Incorrect shipping addresses: If you provide an incorrect "Ship To" address and your purchase is returned to StarDust Celebrations, you are responsible for the cost of re-shipping your order.

3. Shipments that are re-directed to a different address from the one originally provided when the order was placed, unless change has been previously acknowledged by our email.

 StarDust Celebrations will notify you via email and your credit card will reflect an additional charge on your next statement for the additional fee.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our providers, StarDust Celebrations shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. StarDust Celebrations shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, StarDust Celebrations shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
